Role Summary
ProVeg International is a growing network operating across four continents (Belgium, Brazil, China, Czech Republic, Germany, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, the UK, and the US).
We are looking for an International Legal Coordinator to support ProVeg’s mission and global operations by providing legal support across a broad range of legal areas. The role supports the International Operations team and the wider ProVeg network on matters relating to legal and governance structures, trademarks, data protection, and general international legal compliance.
This is a mid-level role suitable for a legal professional with solid foundational skills, who is interested in working across a wide range of legal topics and jurisdictions, rather than specialising in a single area.
The role is broad and dynamic, with new legal questions regularly arising across different jurisdictions and subject areas. It will often require quick orientation, independent research, and translating legal research into practical advice and workable solutions. We therefore value strong general legal skills and the ability to adapt and grow over deep expertise in a single area. The ideal candidate enjoys variety and is motivated by learning and problem-solving rather than repetitive or narrowly defined legal tasks. They are proactive, well organised, a clear communicator, and passionate about ProVeg’s mission, with an interest in supporting colleagues across cultures and legal systems.
The Legal Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Legal Coordinator, supporting and coordinating legal processes across jurisdictions, managing key legal documents, and assisting with day-to-day legal questions from international colleagues. Together, you will help maintain compliance and efficiency across ProVeg’s international structure and contribute to the organisation’s stability, growth, and long-term success.
